I love seeing the look on people’s faces when I deliver their flowers. Every occasion requires just the right reading of what would be appropriate and convey the right feeling. It’s a bit of guessing game… like buying clothes for someone- you like the shirt, you think they’d look great in that color and style, but when they untie the ribbon and look in the box, you’re still on the edge of your seat in the silent agony of Ooh I hope they like it. The beauty is, everyone loves to be thought of, so rest easy; once you’ve decided to send flowers you’re already 10 points ahead. What I started talking about was the fun of translating messages into flower arrangements- dots and dashes into daisies and roses. Out of the plethora of emotions one could choose to send, the vase for today says Hey Cheery, time to brighten up!
